I am Arwa, the Chemical Engineer who finds her salvation in writing. My talent secured me a scholarship at the Jordan Media Institute from which I obtained my MSc in journalism and digital media. For freedom is the middle name of journalism, in my thesis, I researched the subject of media freedoms and the laws governing them in Jordan. Since graduation, I have a substantial experience in creating, managing content and leading teams. Over the past years, I worked in several areas of journalism and digital and social media for some of the fine organizations in and outside Jordan. Among the many roles I assumed, my job descriptions include writing press releases, website content, speeches, articles and newsletters, content management, content production for digital media, website and social media management, translation of articles and contents from/to Arabic, and fact checking of published news. My multi-tasking ability allowed me to successfully execute several projects at a time in person and remotely and for different clients. My roles have allowed me to initiate and successfully reshape the contents of many of the channels of my employers. As a team leader, I focus on strengthen relations between the members of my team, and I concurrently work with each of them to sharpen our final products.
