 We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator (Full time) to join our team in Kuwait.
 
 
 
 🔹 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid Kuwaiti Driving License &ndash; Mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic &ndash; Mandatory (Speaking &amp; Writing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in administrative or office coordination roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer proficiency &ndash; MS Office (especially Excel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in preparing invoices and basic accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in office administration or coordination
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 🔹 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle port-related documentation, including release notes and clearance papers
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records, handle data entry, and manage filing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in documentation, filing, and office supply management
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
