Job Description

As a Sales Team Leader at Spark Electronics in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and drive the success of our retail operations. You will play a pivotal role in training and coaching team members, monitoring sales performance, and fostering a positive and productive sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the sales team, including training, coaching, and mentoring. Set clear performance expectations, motivate team members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Drive the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
  3. Training and Development: Conduct regular product knowledge and sales technique training sessions for the sales team. Ensure that team members are well-equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze individual and team sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members. Recognize top performers and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
  5. Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Set customer service standards and ensure that team members provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance to customers at all times.
  6. Sales Operations Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, including managing staffing levels, coordinating breaks and schedules, and ensuring optimal customer coverage. Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory management and customer service, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  7. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance analysis, and market insights to management. Provide recommendations for enhancing sales strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement.
  8. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments within the organization. Relay important updates, promotional activities, and sales targets to team members in a timely manner.
  9. Compliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Maintain a thorough understanding of product warranties, return/exchange policies, and promotional campaigns.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, sales growth, and operational efficiency within the sales team.



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the consumer electronics retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent sales acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a retail environment.
