Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity to work for an iconic brand for their store in Qatar.


My client, a prestigious luxury brand, is looking for a talented Store Manager that will be responsible for the overall management of the store, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building a highly motivated team, and developing associates to the next level.


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Meet sales goals
  • Analyze available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
  • Set individual sales goals for management teams and associates, ensuring goals reflect store business goals
  • Continuously motivate staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
  • Support the development of associates' sales techniques, ensuring utilization of elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales by partnering with management team planning /executing strategy
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise; ensure selling staff is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
  • Communicates company set KPIs and identifies strategies to ensure performance standards are met
  • Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.


Requirements

Needed requirements:


Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
Ø A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
Ø Fluency in English
Ø Ready to work for 6 days a week, on a shifting schedule
Ø Have managed any of the following departments (lifestyle, fashion)
Ø Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Ø Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
