Key Responsibilities:
1. Close coordination with main management:
- Work with the Product Development Department to determine the most appropriate products for the region's market.
- Coordination with the Supply Department to develop demand forecasts and follow up on stock availability in appropriate quantities.
- Cooperating with the exhibitions department to ensure that the company’s identity is applied and the products are displayed uniformly.
- Work with the wholesale department to ensure delivery of agreed services with major customers.
- Work with the marketing department to adapt the general marketing plan to suit the needs of the region.
2. Managing business operations in the region:
- Close monitoring of the performance of exhibitions and sales in the region.
- Identifying vital locations for opening new showrooms and closing unprofitable showrooms.
- Building strong relationships with major customers and distributors in the wholesale department and ensuring that sales and collection goals are achieved.
- Building strong relationships with real estate owners to obtain the best locations for exhibitions.
3. Leadership and management:
- Develop operational and strategic plans for the region in line with the company’s objectives.
- Manage and direct the sales, marketing and logistics team in the region.
- Analyzing data and preparing periodic reports to measure performance and identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensuring the achievement of the region's financial and operational goals.
4. Representation and relationships:
- Representing the company in events and meetings with partners, suppliers and government agencies.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, especially in the areas of wholesale and export, and external agents.
Required skills and competencies:
- Strong experience in sales and marketing management in the fashion and clothing sector.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial and retail operations, including inventory management, distribution and shipping.
- Effective leadership and management skills to guide and motivate the team.
- Ability to perform financial analysis, budget preparation and strategic planning.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and e-commerce in the fashion sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Must be proficient in Arabic and English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
