This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in KSA - Tabuk

Responsibilities:

• Establishing the lab (supervising contracting works, implementing safety requirements..)
• Commissioning and starting the lab: installing the equipment, training the newly hired technicians/engineers, coordinating with procurement, obtaining SAC and ISO 17025.
• Establishing a training and research center.
• Coordinating on a daily basis in the region and handling major business development efforts. 
• Coordinating with all other divisions of the company in order to promote their business.
• Experience in managing the company's profit and loss statements and financials.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in quality control and laboratory management
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical techniques
• Proficient in conducting laboratory tests and interpreting results
• Demonstrated research and development (R&D) skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the construction or materials testing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is a MUST, Master's Degree is a plus.
