This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in KSA - Tabuk
Responsibilities:
- Establishing the lab (supervising contracting works, implementing safety requirements..)
- Commissioning and starting the lab: installing the equipment, training the newly hired technicians/engineers, coordinating with procurement, obtaining SAC and ISO 17025.
- Establishing a training and research center.
- Coordinating on a daily basis in the region and handling major business development efforts.
- Coordinating with all other divisions of the company in order to promote their business.
- Experience in managing the company's profit and loss statements and financials.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in quality control and laboratory management
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical techniques
- Proficient in conducting laboratory tests and interpreting results
- Demonstrated research and development (R&D) skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction or materials testing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is a MUST, Master's Degree is a plus.
