ACTS is known for its modern labs, highly trained staff, and customer-centric approach, and has received several accreditations for its high-quality services and adherence to international standards.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Identify the conditions of the structures and make recommendations for solutions.</li><li>Conduct research and development activities in civil engineering, including designing and developing new products, technologies, and systems.</li><li>Design method statements and research methodologies to address specific objectives.</li><li>Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and developments in civil engineering.</li><li>Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate research and assessment findings to various stakeholders.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements Educational and Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Ph.D. in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Experience in concrete technology, condition assessment of structures, and destructive and non-destructive testing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of research methodologies.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure with exceptional commitment to deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
