Role Overview:

As an Inspection Manager at ACTS, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all inspection activities within the company. You will lead a team of inspectors and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inspection procedures and protocols in line with industry standards and company policies
• Manage a team of inspectors, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Review and analyze inspection reports, identifying any issues or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to address any concerns and ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and prepare reports for clients and management
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in inspection techniques and technology
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise as needed
• Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients or team members

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction inspection, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control processes
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using inspection equipment and software
• Professional certifications (e.g. ACI) are preferred
