Job Title: Treasury Specialist

Job Summary: 
As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the financial assets and liabilities of Al Hokair Group. You will be responsible for analyzing and executing financial transactions, developing cash management strategies, and monitoring financial risks. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure the efficient utilization of financial resources and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize the Group's liquidity and minimize financial risks 
• Monitor and analyze market trends, interest rates, and currency fluctuations to provide recommendations for risk management and investment decisions 
• Manage the Group's bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, reconciling balances, and monitoring service fees 
• Execute financial transactions, including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and investments 
• Prepare cash flow projections and maintain accurate records of cash transactions 
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast cash needs and ensure sufficient funds are available for payments and investments 
• Monitor and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations 
• Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on cash positions, investment portfolio performance, and financial risks 

Qualifications and Skills: 
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably in a retail or hospitality industry 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail 
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial management software 
• Knowledge of banking and financial regulations 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
