Job Description

Purpose of the Job: 
 

  • To support Accounts Department in maintaining the Accounting Records.
  • Ensure an acceptable standard of Quality Management System is maintained in accordance with recognized working practice and the company’s Quality Manual and Policy.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:
 

  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
  • Receive customer payments by issuing official receipts.
  • Prepare SOA of credit customers and follow up with the customer for outstanding payments, ensure payments are received on time and posted in accounting system.
  • Assign control numbers and keep track of payments and receipts vouchers in cash book.
  • Receive and assign control numbers to supplier invoices and keep track in control book.
  • Enter data into the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Enter and maintain data into the Fixed Assets Management System.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • To meet all other related tasks as assigned time to time.
  • Petty Cash Voucher Preparation.
  • To meet accounts related duties like-Data entry, DSR report, Cash flow report & MIS report preparation.
  • GOSI-Online payments and salary updating.
  • Ensure timely payment of EWA, Telephone bills, Internet bills & Traffic related payments. Monitor vehicle maintenance expenses and overall expenses within the organization.
  • Ensure the compliance of Stock inventory reports & stock valuation

 

Work Experience:
 

  • Possesses sound experience in the field from repute organization
  • Have a thorough understanding of the business and accounting policies.
