About
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operations of corporate workplace service IT products, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction;
2. Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Design, R&D) to evaluate technical solutions, drive consensus, and oversee the execution of services;
3. Gather user requirements, analyze feedback and usage data, and maintain comprehensive product and user documentation;
4. Proactively understand user needs, advocate for feature improvements, optimize operational strategies, and enhance operational efficiency;
5. Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction;
6. Innovate in corporate product operation methodologies, applying new approaches through the development of tools on general platforms;
7. Address ad-hoc issues promptly by coordinating with relevant internal and external parties;
8. Assist the team in implementing structured workflows, establishing guidelines, and promoting efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in internet product operations or product management;
2. Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities;
3. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven track record of successful cross-departmental collaboration and excellent interpersonal abilities;
2. Adaptable to rapidly changing environments, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines;
3. Practical skills in scripting and automation (Excel, Python, SQL) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
