Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader with over 8 years of expertise in leading and developing high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native, React, Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, JavaScript and Related Technologies with a demonstrated ability to deliver scalable and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

· Project Oversight: Manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

· Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in React Native, React, Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.

· Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, and performance.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features that meet user and business needs.

· Innovation and Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, fostering an environment of learning and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

· Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with React Native, React, Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.

· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

· Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with additional modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

· Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

· Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Ionic & Vue.js).

· Familiarity with other back-end technologies and frameworks.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
