Senior Mobile App Developer (React Native)
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Looking for an outstanding React Native Developer with Chat App experience to be responsible for the innovative design, layout and coding of our unique mobile applications.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code to develop innovative mobile applications on both iOS and Android service.</li>
<li>You will test your code, identify errors and iterate to ensure its quality</li>
<li>Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and deliver high availability and performance.</li>
<li>Create well-designed, testable, efficient code.</li>
<li>Participate in all phases of the development life cycle.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and production of releases of software components.</li>
<li>Ensure designs are following the specifications.</li>
<li>Investigate alternatives and technologies and present them for architectural review to support continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Fully responsible for the Test &amp; QA phases and has sufficient expertise to deliver the project without errors.</li>
<li>Development of mobile/web front ends and cross-platform clients with online/offline functionality based on agreed-upon scope and requirements.</li>
<li>Develop intuitive and user-friendly cross-platform applications for mobile/tablet devices.</li>
<li>Rapidly build prototypes/simulations from mockups that can be directly implemented.</li>
<li>Create clean interfaces and smooth interactions based on UI/UX designs and documentation for a range of devices, including mobiles, and tablets.</li>
<li>Perform cross-browser/device testing and optimization.</li>
<li>Create and build cross-platform mobile applications using cross-platform SDKs.</li>
</ul>
Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate would have worked in the industry for 5+ years and can bring 3+ years of experience with React Native. Candidates with Chat App or Trading App experience are preferred. Our main requirements are:
● Technical expertise - React Native (using Expo), AWS Serverless, Turborepo &amp; React
● Socket.io Integration: Implement Socket.io for seamless and reliable communication between servers and clients, ensuring low-latency performance.
● Methodology - You will strongly benefit from having experience with iterative methodologies, particularly agile and lean
● Tech Quality - Experience contributing to a “tech first” environment and background driving technical best practices within your teams.
● Industry - ideally experience working in media and/or a passion for the industry
● Problem Solving &amp; communication -
○ Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
○ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
○ A proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
○ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
○ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
● Leadership- the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions.
General Expectation:
<ul>
<li>Experience building complex Android and iOS Apps that have been successfully delivered to customers in an enterprise environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience in all aspects of mobile Software development life cycle.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Clean Architecture patterns and best practices.</li>
<li>Material design, animations, custom components, user Interaction (touches, gestures).</li>
<li>Experience with offline storage, threading, memory, and performance tuning.</li>
<li>Image Caching, Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, Firestore database and Web Socket.</li>
<li>Experience using method channels to invoke native APIs, Version Control (Git), and Online payment.</li>
<li>Kotlin and Swift's languages are pluses.</li>
<li>Experience in development of Android/iOS applications and deployment on Apple/Google Play stores.</li>
<li>Experience with GIT</li>

· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with additional modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
