At our client’s company you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our WhatsApp solution, demonstrating its value, and building long-lasting relationships with customers. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of DoveHero's Solution.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective closure of sales opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to assist in the continuous improvement of our WhatsApp solution.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
