About the Role 
 
As Marketing Project Manager, you&rsquo;ll be the central engine that keeps their campaigns, creatives, and launches running seamlessly. You&rsquo;ll work across internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and UGC creators &mdash; ensuring briefs are sharp, timelines are met, and creative assets are delivered at speed.

Key Responsibilities</h4><ul>
<li>
Marketing Project Management &mdash; Manage timelines, track deliverables, and drive execution across campaigns &mdash; from ad creatives and emails to landing pages and CRO tests.</li> 
<li>
Coordinate across teams &mdash; work with media buyers, creative strategists, video editors, UGC creators, and agencies to make sure assets are delivered on time and at quality.</li> 
<li>
Systemize processes &mdash; build and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists to turn repeat tasks into scalable workflows.</li> 
<li>
Asset Naming &amp; Organization &mdash; Maintain consistent naming conventions across creative assets and track all deliverables for clarity, version control, and easier reporting.</li> 
<li>
Track and report performance &mdash; build simple, clear dashboards and weekly reports that highlight project status, campaign performance, bottlenecks, and deadlines. Focus on giving leadership visibility into progress and risks without overcomplicating the data.</li> 
<li>
Optimize for speed &mdash; constantly look for ways to shorten turnaround times, reduce back-and-forth, and increase output without sacrificing quality.</li> 
<li>
Be the point of accountability &mdash; ensure nothing falls through the cracks and all stakeholders are aligned.</li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
<ul>
<li>
4+ years of experience in project management (marketing/creative teams preferred).</li>
<li>
Must have worked with a DTC eCommerce brand or digital marketing agency at scale.</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of marketing workflows (campaigns, creative production, CRO).</li>
<li>
Advanced skills in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Google Sheets).</li>
<li>
Proven experience building and scaling systems, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.</li>
<li>
Analytical mindset &mdash; you thrive on tracking performance and spotting bottlenecks.</li>
<li>
Strong communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies/partners.</li>
</ul>
Bonus: PMP or other project management certification.</div>
