Job Description

We are currently seeking an experience senior executive to lead a Holding company. The ideal candidate will have experience setting overall strategies, policies, procedures, managing a budget, leading a team and managing the daily operation of several subsidaries. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work as well as on boarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting the strategy and organisation's long term vision
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Overseeing the budget
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Manage the business development of the business
  • Drive development and growth of organisation
  • Ensure quality of internal process and external representation
  • Establish the strategies, policies, procedures and ensure systematic approaches are in place.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors in Business Management or relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
  • Preferably experienced in managing legal or consultancy teams
  • Strong administrative & leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with budgets, business development, revenue and forecasting
  • Strong communications skills
