Hiring for a firm based in Oman for the role of Sales Executive / Sr Sales Executive for Fleet Sales and Vehicle Sales.
1. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
a) Understanding product lineup
b) Knowledge of product features and USPs
c) Understanding of product pricing, schemes and offer
d) Knowledge of competitors’ products and features
e) Ensure explanation of product, prices and offers to customer.
2. PROSPECT GENERATION:
a) Generate prospects through personal contacts, internal database, telephonic leads, etc.
b) Field visits to ministries, corporates, schools, taxi stands, etc for generating prospects
c) Digital leads to be called and opportunity created within 24 hours.
d) Attending walk-in customers
e) Understanding customer needs and offer product accordingly
f) Visit to shopping malls and other places for road show and events
3. PROSPECT MANAGEMENT AND SALE CONVERSION
a) Timely and accurate entry of prospect data in CRM
b) Regular review, follow-up and updating of prospects in CRM
c) Offer test drives to prospective customers
d) Use sales closing tools such as referrals, testimonials from existing customers
e) Understand customer requirements and provide finance options / schemes
f) Co-ordinate with inhouse used car department and outside brokers for trade-in of customer’s used car if required
g) Co-ordinate with inhouse credit department / banks / NBFCs for loan approvals
h) Escalate to Managers / HODs prior to sale loss
4. Delivery:
a) Ensure availability of model and colour chosen by customer before the delivery date.
b) Ensure customer agreement on price and offers as well as model and colour before the delivery process.
c) Ensure customer documentation related to finance is completed prior to delivery of the vehicles.
d) Ensure to check the customer vehicle for cleanliness and functionality prior to calling customer for delivery.
e) Smooth delivery of vehicle to the customer with proper explanation about features and usage
5. CRM
a) Ensure 100% customer satisfaction during the entire process of enquiry to delivery of vehicle
b) Post sale follow-up with customer with 1 working day of delivery of vehicle
c) Proper updating of customer status across all stages of buying process
d) Co-ordinate with supervisor and service department for any vehicle related issues after delivery
e) Regular touch with existing customers and prospects for reference generation.

Pay: RO350.000 - RO475.000 per month
