Job Description

Hiring for a firm based in Muscat Oman for the role of Sale Manager in the shipping and logistics sector plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and building client relationships.

The responsibilities with this position:

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales & marketing plans.

· Achieve the company’s revenue targets.

· Guide, develop and manage the sales & marketing team to achieve their sales targets.

· Develop own leads and new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

· Be aware of the trends and developments that may impact business and plans.

· Implement sales lead tracking and reporting CRM tools.

· Submit weekly and monthly sales progress reports to Executive Management.

· Cooperate with Operations teams on Projects to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

· Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ responses/documents.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Operation Management, or similar field.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior similar position.

· Sales & marketing management abilities.

· High-level presentation and communication skills.

· Knowledge of ports, shipping, and logistics industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO1,500.000 - RO1,700.000 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 10years: 5 years (Preferred)
