Job Description

Front Sales / Investor Relations Responsibilities:

  • Advise potential investors on their business set-up process from receiving an inquiry to submission of application until they receive their lease and license.
  • Act as the central consultancy point to existing investors interested in expansion of their businesses in NIP.
  • Establish communications with key internal and external parties for the purpose of obtaining the approvals required to proceed with the application processing.
  • Maintain an understanding of relevant DP World & EZW products, services, processes and procedures so that clients can be provided with the information that they require in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process all applications and requests in an efficient and prompt manner and follow through with relevant parties until lease and license is issued.
  • Ensures the validity and accuracy of the information provided by applicants.
  • Creates and logs in applicants’ data in the sales system and ensures obtaining all required initial approvals from the concerned departments (Example: EHS, Compliance, Security...etc.) ahead of proceeding with the registration processes.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers on various pending issues such as signatures, documents etc. to ensure efficient processing of all administrative processes.
  • Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.
  • Maintain strong relationships with relevant departments within the organization to ensure the investor’s smooth and seamless transition which contributes to the overall experience and satisfaction. (Example: Facility Management, End of Lease, Licensing Services…etc.)
  • Maintain high-level coordination with relevant third parties who play integral roles in the approvals and clearances required for the progress of the application. (Example: EHS, CID…etc.)
  • Follows up with the concerned departments on customer’s sales related requirements.
  • Maintains/updates customer data regarding cases and ensure timely and accurate information are processed.
  • Generates reports and submit to team leader to update their activities progress and accomplishment.

Proactive Sales Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the events that promotes NIP business.
  • Attend and generate leads through sector focused seminars.
  • Receives and presents NIP to official delegations.
  • Perform target sales planned visits when requested to attract new clients in NIP.
  • Handle NIP official agents account management and enquiries.
  • Handle NIP web and contact center enquiries and reply within the assigned target period.
