Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the executive team, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
• Take minutes, transcribe and distribute meeting notes.
• Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional and polished demeanor.
