Guest Services Coordinator – Events Industry

Doha, Qatar

Job Description
- Make hotel reservations for event attendees and guests.
- Book tickets (airlines, trains, etc.) and manage transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate travel schedules and ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency, specifically in hotel and ticket bookings.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of booking platforms and travel logistics is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
