<ul><li>Prepare and bake high-quality croissants, sourdough bread, baguettes, Danish pastries, and other artisan baked goods.</li><li>Produce consistent, high-quality products while maintaining presentation standards.</li><li>Manage dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking processes.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Assist in developing new bakery products and recipes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Artisan Baker.</li><li>Strong knowledge of laminated dough, sourdough fermentation, and artisan bread production.</li><li>Hands-on experience making croissants, sourdough, baguettes, and Danish pastries.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Culinary or bakery certification is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience or can you bake these types of bread (Croissant, Baguette, Danish &amp; Sourdough)?</li><li>What is your salary expectation?</li><li>This position requires immediate joining.
