Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager for one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a leading facility management service provider, our client is committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients through effective contract management and strategic oversight. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract negotiation, administration, and compliance to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive leader who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders, optimize contract performance, and drive continuous improvement in our contract management processes. Responsibilities: - Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Review and analyze contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities to mitigate issues and enhance value for the organization. - Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that projects are delivered according to specifications. - Monitor contract performance and compliance, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to contractual standards. - Provide guidance and support to project managers and operational teams regarding contract interpretation and execution, offering practical solutions to contractual challenges. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and facilitate effective communication throughout the contract lifecycle. - Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on contract management performance, highlighting key metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for process improvements. - Stay informed about industry best practices, legal developments, and market trends related to contract management and facility services, applying this knowledge to enhance organizational practices. - Lead contract management training and development initiatives for team members, promoting a culture of compliance and best practices across the organization. - Manage the contract management database and documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification in contract management is a plus. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the facility management or construction industry. - Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to facility services and procurement. - Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with clients and colleagues. - Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
