Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Procurement Officer. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at the most competitive prices
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and new products to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with local and international suppliers and market trends
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
