Job Description
F&B Operations Manager - Nigeria
Salary: $60K Net
We are seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead the F&B services across multiple outlets, including fine dining, all-day dining, pool bar, lounges, and banquet facilities for up to 1,500 guests in Nigeria. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and managing a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B services, ensuring operational excellence across multiple restaurant and bar outlets.
- Lead and mentor the F&B team, focusing on training, development, and performance.
- Manage the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in fine dining, all-day dining, pool bar, lounges, and banquet facilities.
- Ensure effective stock management, cost control, and quality assurance across all F&B operations.
- Drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for service enhancement and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an F&B Director or similar leadership role in large-scale operations.
- Proven track record in managing diverse F&B outlets, including fine dining and high-capacity event spaces.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of guests while maintaining top-tier service quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in Africa or similar markets is highly preferred.
