Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Executive – Corporate Segment to expand our corporate client base, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building and maintaining strong business relationships. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, and English proficiency is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, TMCs, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and site inspections to promote hotel facilities and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive direct sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Optimize room rates, corporate packages, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the corporate segment.
- Maintain a strong network of existing corporate accounts while continuously developing new leads.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.

Handle client requests, feedback, and concerns professionally to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Proven experience in a sales role within the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in the corporate segment.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting business relationships.

Familiarity with hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM tools) is a plus.
