Job Purpose:
The Alghanim Academy / SCM Executive / Engineer is responsible to improve distribution processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to assess, refine and develop customer centric and streamlined processes. In addition, this position will hold a key role in implementing digitization initiatives across distribution.
Duties & Essential:
Provided analytical and technical support to improve the cost, quality and timeliness of the process
Track and analyze Net Promoters scores (NPS) to ensure a delightful customer experience
Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
Analyze customers' feedback and implement process enhancement
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions
Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
Work closely with the IT team to roll out various digitization initiatives, including enhancements in last-mile delivery and order management systems etc.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Enforcing best practice amongst team leaders and operations staff for Health & Safety behavior
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Open to work in Jahra
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
