Job Responsibilities
 VISUAL MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR INITIATIVES
 
<ul>
<li>Organize the implementation of decors, showcases, product display, stands, events, product launching on every retail and wholesale outlets in compliance with the creative head.</li>
<li>Ensure all visual communications/directives sent to the field are consistent and functional at the field level.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Support, and Planning to compile accurate floorset and/or merchandising information.</li>

Candidate Requirements
 
Relevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:

<li>5-7 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising or an equivalent field/function and an Undergraduate degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or Fine/Applied Arts</li>

 The Senior Sales Executive – B2B is responsible for driving revenue growth by penetrating the architect, consultant, and contractor markets. This role focuses on securing Safat Home’s presence in large-scale commercial and residential projects. The position requires a high-performing sales professional who can identify key decision-makers, manage complex negotiation cycles, and ensure seamless delivery and installation through effective internal coordination.  Key Responsibilities
 
Influence & Specification: Actively target and build relationships with architects and consultants to ensure Safat Home products (specifically tiles, sanitary ware, and furniture) are specified in project tenders.
 Research and identify upcoming commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
 Network Management: Leverage and expand an existing network of contractors, site engineers, and developers to secure direct sales and repeat business.
 Consistently deliver and over-achieve monthly and annual sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profit margins.
 Lead the entire sales process from initial inquiry and quotation to technical presentation, negotiation, and final closing of the deal.

 Candidate Requirements
 Minimum 10 years of proven project sales experience within the building materials industry. Specialized knowledge in tiles and sanitary ware is highly preferred.
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
 Network: A strong, existing portfolio of contacts among Architects, Consultants, and Contractors in the Kuwait/GCC region.
 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
 Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

3. Customer Contact: -

<li>Keep regular contact with customers to keep them abreast of the progress on their vehicles, At least once a day phone contact with every customer is necessary. The contact should be made using Kerridge CRM and updating the contacts record</li>

4. Information, Delivery & Follow Up: -
 
<ul>
<li>Inform the customer when vehicle is ready. As much as possible the job details and costs should be informed on the phone, deliver the vehicle on customer arrival with full details of what jobs have been done. Also inform the customers which of the complaints have not been attended (if any) and why. Activity asks the customers if they are satisfied with the jobs done. Immediately escalate to Manager if any customer is not satisfied. with 72 hours of delivery, call the customer to ensure satisfaction, log the call in Kerridge CRM</li>

5. Customer Relations: -

 To quality check each job with a purpose to ensure that all the jobs ordered by the Customer are completed with highest quality standard. There should be no room for a come back for ordered or related jobs.
 Job Responsibilities
 Each repair order should be checked for each customer order line and its corresponding Labour line. Ensure each of the customer complaint is attended and the root cause is addressed.
 Ensure each customer complaint is addressed from the root cause. It should be clearly identified, highlighted and addressed. For example if Battery is replaced because it is low, make sure that technicians has checked the battery drain and charging system before replacing battery. Another example would be if cylinder head gasket is replaced, check the root cause of overheating is found and eliminated.
 Ensure the technicians have referred all campaigns and bulletins while carrying out the jobs. If not, bring technicians attention to the related bulletins and ensure all campaigns are carried out before the vehicle is released.
 Study the descriptive write up by the technician and question the work methods used if required. Order dismantling or other forms of explanations to technicians if the quality of work carried out is doubtful. Randomly compare the tolerances used with manufacturer’s specifications and give appropriate feed back to Team Leaders. Also check the use of special tools for ensuring the quality of jobs.
 Before taking any vehicle for road test, ensure each job is completed and there are no doubts about the work methods used. .Road test the vehicle to ensure symptoms reported by customer are not present. For intermittent complaints, ensure a hard fault was found by technician / team leader and was rectified before releasing the vehicle.
 Under no circumstances a vehicle can be released when customer’s complaint cannot be reproduced unless the customer is called in and a joint test drive taken. It should be made absolutely clear whether a fault exists or the particular symptom is an acceptable characteristic of the vehicle. If so, it should be clearly communicated with an offer of test driving another vehicle of same model.
 While quality checking customer vehicles, all additional jobs should be found and reported. If there is safety or reliability related job found, the vehicle cannot be signed off for delivery unless specifically approved by Service Manager.
 If the customer concerns are not resolved by the workshop, the job should not be signed off. It should be returned to Team Leader. You should not come under any pressure to sign poor quality job under any circumstances.
