Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this job role is to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and assistance throughout the sales process. This includes understanding and addressing customer needs, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring the effective presentation and demonstration of the company’s products and services. By leveraging technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, this job role helps to bridge the gap between customer requirements and the company’s offerings, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales targets.


Job Context

The role will be based in Saudi. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service provided by LSA management team and by the Sales Department.


Key Accountabilities

These will include:

Sales activities:

  • Circulate the forms for issuing new customer codes and credit notes.
  • Managing Distributors and agents files including but not limited to: Agreements, commissions, …
  • Circulate and update Monthly Sales Forecast
  • Update Yearly Sales Budget and Medium Term Plan
  • Handle visit/transit visa application, travel booking, hotel reservation, guest relation and factory visit
  • Assists / supports all sales team members for all day to day sales activities
  • Assists / Coordinates with Tendering Engineer for preparation of tender / prequalification documents for utilities & Technical Submittals when required.
  • Distribute Occasional Greetings Cards to customer’s / agents distribution
  • Document filing as per ISO standards
  • Handing over Sales Orders including all required documentation to contracts
  • Actively contribute to the direction of the business as a member of the Sales team of LSA. Timely Completing Tasks

Processing activities:

  • Issue order acknowledgements
  • Prepare and circulate internally monthly inspection plans
  • Issue inspection calls to customers in coordination with the sales team
  • Follow up for inspection whenever required
  • Arrange and coordinate Transportation and Entry gate passes for customer inspectors
  • Distribute the inspection MOMs to customers and internally Timely Completing Tasks

Marketing activities:

  • Supporting the marketing manager with the delivery of global and local marketing campaigns
  • Assists Marketing Manager for Exhibit participation
  • Liaise with the Global Marketing Team to ensure timely response to their queries. Timely Completing Tasks


Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
  • Self-driven individual with business acumen.
