Job Purpose:
To help streamline the business&rsquo;s HR processes and bring about positive change through the Implementation of new modules of Oracle HCM Fusion while supporting the existing modules. This job will support the main HR and HRIS functions to ensure that the system is in line with and supports the Human Resource objectives of the company. 
Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Provide Oracle HCM Functional Skills and Product Knowledge to the HR process - measured by Quality of Implementation and Error Resolution</li><li>Ensure Key Stakeholders are informed Clarity of Development - measured by Roadmap to Key Stakeholders</li><li>Do regression testing for Upgrades and Modifications made - measured by errors identified in Testing.</li><li>Leverage new Modules and Features which benefit the HR Process - measured by New Modules/ Features Implemented</li><li>Respond proactively to potential delays in a manner that reduces or eliminates the risk of delay - measured by Delays in timelines</li><li>Reduce Time for error resolution - measured by error Resolution Times</li><li>Train and Lead Support Analysts for Maintenance of Modules once implemented - measured by feedback from Support Analyst</li></ul> 
Job Context:
The position is responsible to:<ul><li>Maintain existing Oracle HCM Applications</li></ul>
o Provide Necessary Support to Users
o Manage Impact of Upgrades including Regression Testing and Implementing new Features
o Make modifications to Reports/ Application UI as per business requirements
o Interact effectively with Business Users to gain feedback to make improvements to the system<ul><li>Implement new Oracle HCM Modules</li></ul>
o Manage full life cycle of design and testing phases
o Develop solution design and lead business throughout implementation and support phases
o Assist Business to maximize strategic business value from company products to provide them with vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
o Train Business Users as required for the Oracle Applications
o Provide Support and smooth transition to the new modules.
o Train and Lead Support Analysts for Maintenance of Modules once implemented<ul><li>Continuous Professional Development</li></ul>
o Stay Up-to-date with developments in Oracle HCM Products<ul><li>System Governance</li></ul>
o Ensure Data Integrity of the system through approvals on inputs and exception reports designed to identify missing/ erroneous data.
o Establish and maintain a robust organization structure in the system that is capable of handling re-structuring in the future
o Manage Change with effective communication of roadmaps to key stakeholders and User
Training Material.
Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills
Bachelors or Equivalent
Essentials Skills:<ul><li>Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Core HCM</li><li>Other Oracle Cloud HCM modules desirable: Compensation Workbench, Oracle Advanced Benefits, OTBI</li><li>OTL &amp; Payroll experience will be beneficial.</li></ul>
Other skills include:<ul><li>File Based Loader / HCM DataLoad</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Strong data migration skills</li><li>Experience of working with Implementation methodologies including AIM, OUM</li><li>Experience in using configuration management tools</li></ul>
Minimum Experience:<ul><li>3 Years of relevant experience with Oracle HCM</li><li>Minimum of one complete Lifecycle of Oracle HCM Implementation</li></ul>

Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the role is to serve as the key contributor in the engineering team for all material-related matters. This will include guiding team for material selection, preparing material specification document, stay up to date on emerging materials and technologies, and assess their potential for new applications, analyzing material failures or defects and recommend corrective actions or material alternatives, ensure all selected materials comply with environmental, safety, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, ASTM, ISO). The job holder will bring his professional expertise and knowledge in all aspects of MV / LV Switchgear development activities. 
Key Accountabilities
1. Material Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate materials based on functional requirements such as strength, durability, environmental impact, and cost. - Measure by Test results, Cost data
2. Testing and Validation: Conduct or oversee material testing for compliance with various standards and specifications. - Measured by Number of tests, Validation reports
3. Research &amp; Development: Stay up to date on emerging materials and technologies and assess their potential usage for required applications. Explore and evaluate alternate materials to achieve optimum solutions - Measured by Number of new material, Patents, Cost / performance optimization
4. Problem Solving: Analyze material failures or defects and recommend corrective actions or material alternatives. Measured by Number of complaints, Analysis report
5. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, material datasheets, and specifications. - Measured by Number of documents
6. Supplier Evaluation: Work with purchase team to identify and qualify material suppliers; assess material quality and consistency. - Measured by Supplier qualification rate, Number of improvements
7. Compliance: Ensure all selected materials comply with environmental, safety, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, ASTM, ISO) - Measured by Compliance report, NCR 
Job Context
The position is responsible for material selection, material testing and validation, new material introduction, supplier evaluation for new/ specific materials, root cause analysis for material related failures. Working as a key member of the team, this position is also expected to improve and optimize costs and expected quality of various materials, Implementation of alternative materials to improve performance.
The position is also responsible for coordinating between engineering team, industrial team, purchasing team and cross functional team for required material testing, material specification preparation, material analysis to achieve the desired outcomes. 
Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: - Bachelor of Engineering in Material Science /Technology with industry experience
Minimum Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience
Job-Specific Skills: Interpretation of material standards and associated testing, Strong knowledge of different material grades, properties and its application, Material testing and analysis, Material cost analysis, Manufacturing processes, Maintaining material database

Job Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to work for the design and other solutions towards solving quality issues for new and existing products. This role will be a key contributor from engineering side to work on product quality issues and product quality enhancements. This role is responsible for maintaining required quality documentation like failure analysis report, Product DFMEA, risk analysis and register, issues tracker etc. This role needs to support industrialization, value stream mapping, cost reduction, manufacturing time reduction, tooling cost and time reduction. This tole will bring their past professional expertise and knowledge to improve all aspects of LE MV/ LV Switchgear products. 
Key Accountabilities:
Description of the Accountability
1. To plan and execute the allocated activities. - Measured by Project plan
2. Provide solution for product quality issues by working on on-going and new 8D projects. - Measured by 8D tracker
3. Prepare and maintain root cause analysis report with actions, implementation activities, and further plan. To participate in regular reviews with 8D team. - Measured by RCA report, 8D Tracker
4. Prepare the verification and validation plan to support the agreed solution and execute it through trials and testing. - Measured by Number of test attempts, Test results, Verification and Validation plan
5. Follow design change processes developed by Lucy engineering team and issue drawings, bill of material using the Lucy CAD system - Measured by Number of ECRs, Drawing checking tracker
6. To work in collaboration with NPD/CPE team to execute the engineering changes though ECR process, add CR suggestions, support sustainability initiative and add quality related inputs at design stage. - Measured by One to one review
7. To prepare/ maintain required quality document like failure analysis report, Product FMEA, risk analysis register, issues tracker in coordination with NPD/CPE team and update these at regular intervals. - Measured by Document control, Deliverable as per NPD process
8. To provide industrialization support, cost reduction inputs, inputs for manufacturing time reduction, tooling cost and time reduction, and to conduct value stream mapping and provide inputs for optimization of time and cost of manufacturing, logistics, and assembly. - Measured by Number of CRs and CR value, Production and tooling cost &amp; time reduction 
Job Context
The position is responsible to execute allocated engineering activities derived through quality issues from customer sites and Lucy factories. Working as an individual coordinator within the engineering team, this role will be responsible for all the necessary activities to enhance the product quality. These activities will encompass design solutions, verification and validation trials for the reported issues, followed by preparing and maintaining various documents like product DFMEA, Risk analysis, failure analysis report, 8D tracker etc. This role is also responsible for supporting various activities like industrialization, cost reduction inputs, manufacturing time reduction, tooling cost and time reduction, value stream mapping, etc 
Qualifications, Experience &amp; Knowledge
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: - Bachelor/ Diploma of Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical with MV/LV switchgear background
Minimum Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience
Job-Specific Skills: Understanding of product quality standards, knowledge of switchgear products, thorough understanding of problem-solving techniques like 8D, 5 why analysis, fish-bone diagram, product quality processes like DFMEA, PFMEA, risk analysis, RCA. value engineering, product industrialization, value stream mapping, manufacturing processes, assembly processes and basics of project planning and scheduling.

Job Purpose
The Accounting Assistant role is an integral part of the regional finance team, performing accounting and clerical tasks for the maintenance and processing of transactions, as well as providing processing support to the Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable functions.
Responsible for supporting month-end process and ad-hoc assignments.
Responsible for processing invoices received for payment for all related businesses, and for undertaking the payment of creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
A passion for numbers, accuracy, and skills in calculating figures is essential, along with keen attention to detail and able to understand and follow processes. 
Job Dimensions
To undertake duties and responsibilities as required/ instructed, in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met. 
Key Accountabilities
These will include:
1. Month-end process<ul><li> Perform month-end processing tasks and reconciliations.</li><li> Process staff claims</li><li> Ensure the appropriate controls are in place and followed.</li><li> Reconcile supplier and customer statements monthly.</li><li> Liaise with external and internal audit.</li><li> Responsibility for maintenance and general upkeep of general ledger</li></ul> 
2. Financial Reporting and planning<ul><li> Assist with preparation of monthly management reports pack</li><li> Preparation of cash forecasts</li><li> Assist with the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets</li></ul> 
3. Invoice Processing<ul><li> Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes, using 3-way matching, and process on the D365 Purchase Ledger</li><li> Prepare and assign non-product invoices for approval. Process authorised invoices on the D365 Purchase Ledger.</li><li> Ensure invoices are received from bona-fide suppliers, are correctly calculated and sufficiently detailed.</li><li> Perform an initial check on the coding of purchase invoices and expenses.</li><li> Check to ensure that budget holders only approve invoices within the limits granted to them according to the Delegation of Authority.</li><li> Follow up disputed invoices with budget holders and suppliers and ensure disputes are resolved in the best interests of the company.</li><li> Calculate and process inter-company sales invoices monthly</li></ul> 
4. Payment Processing<ul><li> Generate payments schedules for authorisation</li><li> Ensure payments are made only after they are properly authorised.</li><li> Pay suppliers in the most cost-efficient way.</li><li> Ensure urgent payments are made quickly and efficiently, and after proper approval has been obtained.</li><li> Ensure all outstanding invoices are processed before purchase ledger close down dates.</li></ul> 
Dealing with other ad-hoc duties when the business required. 
Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
3 years experience in a similar role and supporting month-end process as a minimum
Degree in a related discipline is preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Office to intermediate level
Knowledge of D365 would be an advantage
