At Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, the Manager - Multimedia Designer is tasked with overseeing the creation and implementation of engaging multimedia content that enhances the guest experience and builds brand awareness. This role requires a creative and technical expert who can deliver high-quality designs, animations, and other visual media for various platforms including digital marketing, events, and park attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of multimedia designers to produce innovative content that aligns with Six Flags' brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
• Create and manage design projects from conception through production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee the design of graphics, illustrations, animations, and other multimedia elements for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of multimedia content and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices in multimedia design.
• Conduct training and mentorship sessions for team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and freelancers for specialized design projects as needed.
• Ensure that all design work is consistent, high quality, and aligns with the overall guest experience.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in multimedia design, with a track record of managing projects and leading creative teams.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects, including animations, motion graphics, and digital content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for creativity.

Language:

Fluent in Arabic and English.
