
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the operations and expansion of the driver fleet assigned to Hungerstation. This includes driver acquisition, performance tracking, reporting, and fleet growth planning to ensure smooth and efficient food delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driver Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Develop and execute a driver acquisition strategy to onboard a high volume of car and motorcycle drivers.
- Work with recruitment teams to ensure a steady pipeline of drivers joining the fleet.
- Oversee the onboarding, training, and compliance processes for new drivers.
2. Fleet Management & Operations:
- Ensure the optimal allocation of drivers to meet Hungerstation’s demand.
- Manage daily fleet availability and resolve any driver-related issues in real time.
- Work on retention strategies to minimize driver turnover.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track driver performance on a daily basis (e.g., order completion rate, cancellations, response time & Attednance).
- Identify and address underperformance issues through coaching and feedback.
- Implement incentives and performance improvement programs for drivers.
4. Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on fleet utilization and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement.
5. Fleet Expansion & Growth Planning:
- Plan and execute strategies to increase the number of drivers in alignment with Hungerstation’s growth needs.
- Develop proposals for scaling operations, including cost analysis and resource planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth expansion and execution of fleet growth plans.
6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact between SHDH Logistics and Hungerstation.
- Work closely with the HR, Operations, and Finance teams to align recruitment and budgeting strategies.
- Address any operational challenges and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or project management in the food delivery sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data reporting tools, and fleet management software.
