Job Title: Foreman (Civil)

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 6 to 8 years (UAE experience required)

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in basement construction and be capable of ensuring smooth execution of work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

· Ensure proper sequencing of work and adherence to project timelines.

· Manage and control labor workforce to ensure efficiency and productivity.

· Oversee material usage, stock levels, and procurement to prevent shortages or wastage.

· Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

· Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and quality guidelines.

· Report project progress and site issues to the project manager.

Requirements:

· Strong expertise in basement construction and structural works.

· Excellent understanding of work sequencing and site operations.

· Proven ability to manage labor workforce and site resources effectively.

· Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and local authorities.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Good communication and leadership abilities.
