Our client, a leading healthcare facility based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is currently looking for a Consultant – Emergency. In this role, you will be responsible for the following and not limited to:

• Provide a comprehensive professional and ethical quality clinical services to patients in an effective and efficient manner
  
• Ensure that duties and functions are undertaken in a manner that minimizes delays for patients and possible disruption of services.
  
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards
  
• Assess and treat patients in the emergency department, regardless of their illness or injury type.
  
• Maintain accurate medical records
  
• Ensure excellence in medical practice is maintained by focusing on continuous professional development of self and others
  
• Maintain integrity in professional services by executing clinical services in an ethical and responsible manner.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as ER Consultant
  
• MD with American-Board/Saudi-Board-equivalent Certification required; Ideally has completed residency in focus area.
  
• Should have CCT or CCST or Irish Board or American board or Canadian Board or Australian Board or German Board.
  
• Meet the criteria for licensing at consultant level with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
  
• Understand and meet the criteria and standards developed by the Joint Commission International and appropriate standards for a hospital facility.
  
• Fluently in English and knowledge in Arabic would be a plus but not mandatory
