Job Title: Baby Care Nurse – Home Healthcare Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Baby Care Nurse to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in infant and child care, feeding, hygiene, and development monitoring in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to newborns and infants, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assist with feeding (breastfeeding/formula), burping, and sterilizing bottles.
Support parents with sleep training and establishing healthy sleep patterns.
Monitor infant health, including vital signs and developmental milestones.
Handle bathing, diaper changes, and personal hygiene for babies.
Educate and guide parents on infant care, safety, and nutrition.
Maintain daily records of feeding, sleep patterns, and any health concerns.
Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for the baby.

Requirements:

Certified Nurse/Assistant Nurse with relevant experience in baby care.
Previous experience in home healthcare, maternity care, or NICU is preferred.
Knowledge of infant CPR and first aid.
DHA/MOH eligibility/license is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and live-in/live-out optio
