Nurse /Care Giver / CNA with Baby Care Experience &ndash; for Home HealthcareJob Description:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Baby Care Nurse to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in infant and child care, feeding, hygiene, and development monitoring in a home setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive care to newborns and infants, ensuring their safety and well-being.</li><li>Assist with feeding (breastfeeding/formula), burping, and sterilizing bottles.</li><li>Support parents with sleep training and establishing healthy sleep patterns.</li><li>Monitor infant health, including vital signs and developmental milestones.</li><li>Handle bathing, diaper changes, and personal hygiene for babies.</li><li>Educate and guide parents on infant care, safety, and nutrition.</li><li>Maintain daily records of feeding, sleep patterns, and any health concerns.</li><li>Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for the baby.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Certified Nurse/Assistant Nurse with relevant experience in baby care.</li><li>Previous experience in home healthcare, maternity care, or NICU is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of infant CPR and first aid.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible shifts and live-in/live-out option</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time/ Part timeJob Type: Full-time
