Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Male Physiotherapist to join our team, specifically focusing on providing homecare services for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a DHA license and be proficient in delivering physiotherapy assessments and interventions in the patient's home environment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the physical health and well-being of our clients by developing and executing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

• • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes to evaluate their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• • Developing individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on the assessment results and patients' goals.
• • Administering appropriate physiotherapy interventions to enhance mobility, relieve pain, and promote recovery.
• • Educating patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies to maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.
• • Monitoring patients' progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
• • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• • Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid DHA license to practice physiotherapy in Dubai.
• Previous experience in physiotherapy (homecare experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a homecare setting.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes and work flexible hours as needed.
