Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Arabic-speaking Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our team at Homecare Doctor OnTime. In this critical role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting their health and well-being through personalized medical services. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to home healthcare patients, including performing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventative measures
• Document patient progress and care provided, maintaining accurate medical records
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe home environment for patients
• Foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance care delivery
  
  
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Previous experience in home healthcare nursing is preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize patient needs
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to thorough documentation
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
