Position Title: BDM - Forwarding & Road Freight Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus fuel allowance and quarterly incentives Benefits: as per UAE labor law, airline ticket, and mobile plan Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted supply chain solutions based in Dubai with full overland transportation operations within GCC. Job Description: • Aggressively meet sales targets through execution of effective sales strategies for Forwarding & Road Freight services. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceeding service commitments. • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that are beneficial for both the company and the client. • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering trust from the outset.

Requirements
Qualifications: • 45 years old and below • At least 4 years UAE sales experience from Logistics industry
