</li><li>Maintain correspondence logs, filing systems, reports, and document tracking records.
</li><li>Coordinate meetings, attendance records, site requests, and internal department follow-ups.
</li><li>Manage site office supplies, visitor arrangements, and administrative documentation</li></ul></div><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><div>
Qualifications:

<ul><li>Open to Asian nationality, Male, aged 38 years old and below, with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in site administration or secretarial roles</li><li>Strong MS Office skills and strong English communication skills</li><li>Experience handling project correspondence and filing systems.</li></ul></div><p><b>

Job Description:<br>
<ul><li>Assist in recording daily financial transactions, journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers accurately.</li><li>Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.</li><li>Maintain organized financial records, filing systems, and accounting documentation in compliance with company procedures.</li><li>Assist the Finance Team in preparing reports, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate accounting data entry.</li></ul></div><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Male, 30 years old and below
</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>1 year of accounting experience (home country experience accepted).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software; strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.</li></ul><p><b>
