Job Description: -Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure full compliance with project specifications and authority regulations. -Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, resolving technical and design conflicts between concept, execution, site, and joinery factory teams. -Manage technical submissions, approvals, drawing logs, and document control while attending consultant and client meetings. -Oversee joinery production drawings and factory progress, supervise technical engineers and draftsmen, and ensure high-quality detailing and fabrication standards.
 
Requirements

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field -Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design coordination (fit-out/joinery experience preferred); Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design/document control software -Must have strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawing coordination; Proven experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements -Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes</li>

The Role
 Position Title: Sr. Sales Manager - Household Products Employment Type: Full- Time Salary: up to 18K inclusive plus monthly commissions based on performance Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A well-established distributor group in Dubai, serving the Middle East with multi-national brands in FMCG, Household & SDA. Job Description: § Formulate and execute sales strategies strictly aligned with approved business plans and budgets. § Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across channels, with corrective action taken immediately in case of deviation. § Gross profit achievement and Margin control § Exercise direct control and supervision over Key Account Mangers, Executives, Merchandisers, and Sales Coordinators
 
Requirements
 Qualifications: § 45 years and below. § At least 10 years of sales experience in FMCG or related products § Coming from an MNC (Multinational Corporation) handling known brands or groups. § Owning a car is an advantage.

Senior Sales Manager - Household Products

The Role

The Role

The Role
 Position Title: Senior QA/QC Engineer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 13,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading Abu Dhabi based interior design and fit-out company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end, turnkey interior solutions across diverse industries. Job Description: • Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures, conduct site inspections, and ensure full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Prepare and manage quality documentation including ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and coordinate consultant and third-party inspections. • Monitor corrective actions, inspect delivered materials, track recurring quality issues, and recommend preventive measures to maintain high project standards. • Lead internal pre-handover inspections, ensure snag rectification, support final handover documentation, and conduct toolbox talks to promote quality awareness on site.
 
Requirements
 Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field • 8+ years of QA/QC experience in fit-out or construction projects • Strong knowledge of ITPs, method statements, and inspection processes • Experience coordinating third-party testing and material inspections and familiarity with local authority and consultant approval procedures
