The Role
 Job Description: - Identify and secure project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by developing strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and MEP contractors to achieve sales targets and maximize market share. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles from product selection, pricing, and submittals to negotiation and delivery to ensure on-time project completion and client satisfaction. - Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to advise management on strategic decisions and business growth opportunities. - Coordinate with the principal company for pricing, approvals, and product selections as per project requirements.
 
Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) with fluency in Arabic and English for effective client interaction and specification negotiation. - Minimum 4 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or building materials, with at least 3 years in a senior or team-lead capacity. - Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors; sound knowledge of tender processes, project sales cycles, and technical product selection. - Proven track record in achieving project sales targets; excellent negotiation and presentation</li>

Project Sales Executive – Luxury Sanitary Ware Division

The Role
 Position Title: HSE Officer cum Assistant Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary SAR: 4,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation and transportation Job Location: Saudi Arabia About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East. Job Description: • Implement site safety policies and ensure 100% PPE and safety standard compliance. • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, specifically for painting/finishing works. • Lead daily toolbox talks and safety training sessions for the site workforce. • Assist with daily site coordination and maintain all HSE documentation and reports.
 
Requirements
 <ul>
<li>At least 1 year of relevant KSA experience in the same role within construction or paint/finishing works • Willing to travel within region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.) • Preferably with valid KSA driving license but not mandatory (driving allowance will be provided) • Immediate joiners will be prioritized</li>
