Job Description: - Support the General Manager with market insights, analyse KPIs, develop strategies for sales and product performance, and prepare detailed business reports, manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures. - Oversee all studios operations, enforce policies, supervise cleanliness, stock supply &amp; product availability, drive improvements in operational KPIs. - Lead by example, support the team in challenging situations, coach for KPI achievement, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through direct engagement and feedback analysis, resolve any issue on spot. - Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales KPIs, balance targets across sessions, and develop strategies and plans to boost performance and drive revenue. - Motivate and develop the team through coaching and training, manage performance, and ensure effective recruitment and succession planning in collaboration with HR.
