Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning & Development Specialist (CRM & Technology) located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The specialist will be responsible for training and development processes, utilizing learning management systems, designing instructional content, effective communication, and providing coaching for CRM and technology-related education within the organization.

Qualifications

• Training & Development and Learning Management skills
• Instructional Design expertise
• Strong Communication abilities
• Coaching experience
• Proficiency in CRM software and technology systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Certifications in training and development are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• CRM Training: 1 year (Preferred)
• Quality Training: 1 year (Preferred)
