Position: International Sales Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

Job Responsibilities:

At this core role you will play a pivotal part in driving our B2B business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Management:

  • Nurture and enhance relationships with our major U.S clientele and other global partners.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling our E-commerce services.

Business Development:

  • Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities in the E-commerce sector.Identify emerging trends and markets to stay ahead of the competition.

Upselling & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify potential upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth.
  • Educate clients on additional services and offerings that align with their business needs.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of our services, maximizing their ROI.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Sales Operations:

  • Actively participate in ground-level sales operations, leveraging your expertise to influence successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and presentations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Create detailed and insightful reports using doc, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills are must, both written and verbal.
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Exhibit leadership skills by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives forward.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of USA Marketplaces of Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and client engagements.

Job Timings: 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM (Mon - Friday) On-site

Office Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
