We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Trucking Campaign team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing trucking operations, coordinating with drivers, handling dispatching, customer service, and ensuring smooth logistics operations in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Dispatching & Load Management – Assign loads, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.
✅ Customer Support – Handle calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
✅ Driver Coordination – Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and load status.
✅ Load Booking & Negotiation – Work with brokers and shippers to secure loads at competitive rates.
✅ Tracking & Compliance – Monitor shipments and ensure compliance with US trucking regulations.
✅ Data Entry & Documentation – Maintain accurate records in dispatching software and CRM.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in the US trucking industry (dispatching, sales, or support).
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills (Fluent in English).
✔ Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
✔ Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and dispatching tools.
✔ Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
