Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer &ndash; Paid Social &amp; Motion Design Location: On-site &ndash; Johar Town G4, Lahore Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Evening/Night (6:00 PM &ndash; 3:00 AM) Salary: PKR 130,000 &ndash; 200,000/monthJob DescriptionWe&rsquo;re seeking a Creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in both static and motion design to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can craft engaging ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Display.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for designing high-performing static graphics (images, carousels) and motion assets (reels, shorts, stories, etc.) that captivate audiences and drive campaign results.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design scroll-stopping static and video ads for social media and digital platforms</li><li>Translate creative briefs into concepts, storyboards, and final deliverables</li><li>Develop A/B test variants and optimize creatives based on performance data</li><li>Collaborate with media buyers, marketers, and copywriters to align designs with goals</li><li>Stay up to date with platform specs, trends, and ad best practices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience creating paid social media creatives</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion work (Links Required)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)</li><li>Working knowledge of video editing techniques (hooks, pacing, captions, exports)</li><li>Familiarity with ad formats and specifications for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Experience with UGC content, eCommerce, SaaS, or AI design tools (Firefly, Runway)</li><li>Basic understanding of 3D design, color grading, or ad platform policies</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of Figma or other collaborative design tools</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience</li></ul>How to Apply:Send your CV and portfolio via:<ul><li>WhatsApp: 0301 9069539</li><li>Email: hr@unisoftwares.com</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working night shift? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Motion Graphic Designing : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
