Key Responsibilities &ndash; Client Retention Specialist<ul><li>Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention</li><li>Proactively engage customers approaching renewal to prevent churn and address concerns in advance</li><li>Identify at-risk accounts and implement effective retention strategies to minimize cancellations</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and CRM touchpoints</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable upgrades or add-on services</li><li>Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities</li><li>Meet assigned retention, renewal, and upsell targets</li><li>Handle objections, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, renewals, and upsells in the CRM</li><li>Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on retention performance, churn rates, and upsell revenue</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary plus commission</li><li>Career growth and advancement opportunities</li><li>Shift timings: 7:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 AM</li><li>Interested candidates may send their resume to hr@unisoftwares.com or share it via WhatsApp at 0301-9069539</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs140,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working night shift? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>client retention : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
