Duties of Sales Associate

· Assessing customer requirements and matching it with jewelry collections.

· Maintain consistency in customer follow-ups and build good relationships with our clients.

· Ensure that the displays are maintained and updated, the boutique is kept clean and environment is welcoming for clients to enter.

· Achieve sales targets and revenue goals, and report on sales activity to senior management.

· Ensure that the inventory is protected at all times and assist the Boutique Manager in maintaining the inventory stock check daily.

· Learn the required JIVA Reporting System for passing the entries & recording inter-branch transactions.

· Understand the demands & requirements of the clients and ensure that the same information is passed to the boutique manager and the design team, through the provided reporting mediums.

· Preparing for and participating in exhibitions and events, both locally & regionally when required by the Boutique Manager & the Management.

· Continuously develop sales skills and knowledge of the diamond and jewelry industry.

Requirements.

• Preferably Male and Female Bahraini candidates
• 2-5 years experience in Sales .
• Experience with Luxury Jewelry and Fashion brands is an added advantage.
