
Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage, Milele Property. This is a commission-only role focused on leveraging existing client relationships from our sister company, Milele Motors, to generate referrals to leading property developers in Dubai. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of closing real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients of Milele Motors to understand their potential real estate needs and interests.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with Milele Motors clients.
Needs Assessment: Identify client requirements and preferences regarding property type, location, budget, and investment goals.
Developer Matching: Based on client needs, identify suitable properties and developments offered by our partner developers (e.g., Emaar, Damac, and others).
Referral Generation: Make qualified referrals to the appropriate developer sales teams, ensuring a smooth handover of the client.
Follow-Up: Maintain communication with both the client and the developer to track the progress of the referral and ensure client satisfaction.
CRM Management:Utilize our CRM system (if applicable) to manage client interactions, track referrals, and maintain accurate records.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market, key developers, and new project launches.
Reporting: Report the sales pipeline and the progress, and status of each of the clients.
Candidate Profile (Must-Haves): Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate effectively is paramount.
Proven Sales Track Record:Must have a verifiable track record of closing at least 40 real estate transactions within a single year. This demonstrates the ability to generate and close deals consistently.
Self-Starter and Highly Motivated: Must be comfortable working independently in a commission-only environment.
Understanding of the Dubai Real Estate Market: Familiarity with key developers, property types, and market trends.
Sales Acumen: Ability to identify client needs and present suitable property options persuasively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client interactions and track referrals efficiently.
UAE Real Estate Brokerage License (RERA): This is a mandatory requirement.
Compensation:
Structure: 100% Commission-Based
Split: 70/30 (70% to the agent, 30% to Milele Property) on all successfully closed transactions resulting from referrals.
No Base Salary: This is a purely performance-based role.
