Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Full Stack Developer Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing complex data, particularly in areas such as stock movements, buyer behaviors, and competitor partnerships. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to independently identify discrepancies, irregularities, and valuable insights that will guide strategic decisions for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Performance Analysis
Analyze stock performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations across various business events.
Assess the impact of events such as seasonal changes, sales promotions, and market shifts on stock movements.
Buyer Behavior Analysis
Analyze stock performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations across various business events.
Assess the impact of events such as seasonal changes, sales promotions, and market shifts on stock movements.
Competitor Partnership Evaluation
Evaluate the effectiveness of competitors' business collaborations and partnerships.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen our market positioning based on competitor analysis.
Dashboard & Reporting Development
Design and maintain dashboards that display key performance indicators (KPIs) and other important metrics.
Develop automated reports and visualizations that summarize key data insights for stakeholders and decision-makers.
Data Integrity and Discrepancy Resolution
Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and irregularities in datasets.
Implement data management best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs.
Provide tailored, actionable solutions based on data analysis to support different business functions.
Data Modeling & Predictive Analysis
Assist in data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Use statistical methods and analytical tools to predict trends and forecast future outcomes.
Stakeholder Presentations
Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences to inform business strategies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience focusing on stock analysis, consumer behavior analysis, or competitive analysis is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools other platforms to create intuitive, easy-to-read dashboards and reports.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies in large datasets.
Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and confidence in managing data-driven projects.
