Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Operations &amp; Project Manager with a strong background in data analytics to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize operational workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure system efficiency, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage IT and operational projects from initiation to completion</li><li>Design and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and operational metrics</li><li>Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure seamless project delivery</li><li>Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system enhancements</li><li>Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and company standards</li><li>Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications</li><li>Support digital transformation and technology adoption across departments</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and project management, with at least 2 years in IT or data analytics</li><li>Strong understanding of IT systems, data architecture, and business intelligence tools</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and skill development</li><li>Innovative and collaborative work environment</li><li>Flexible work arrangements (if applicable)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
