Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in DevOps practices to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of robust software solutions across the entire technology stack while driving the integration of DevOps methodologies to streamline our software delivery processes.

Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance software solutions.
• Architect and implement complex features and functionalities across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

DevOps Leadership:

• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, optimizing software delivery and deployment processes.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Oversee system monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

Technical Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their technical growth and skill development.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in full stack development with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Proven track record in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining scalable, distributed systems.
• Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
