Location: Lahore
Salary: Up to 150,000 – 200,000 + Gratuity

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a CCaaS Support Engineer to manage and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions. Your role will ensure smooth operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage CCaaS platform performance, ensuring seamless operations.
Identify root causes of issues and implement long-term solutions.
Handle requests in CRM/ticketing systems and escalate cases as needed.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and stay updated on platform enhancements.
Manage Linux/Windows servers, API integrations, and system alarms.
Provide technical support through calls, emails, and online sessions.
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
Work in 24x7 shifts with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Certification in CCaaS platforms (NICE CXone, Genesys, etc.).
Hands-on experience with NICE inContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, Omni Channel, WFM, Studio, etc.).
Knowledge of Linux administration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP), and API integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
